How MMU IT Solutions collects, uses and protects your information.

Who we are
MMU IT Solutions is a digital agency based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We provide Meta Ads management, website development, AI automation, AI agents and UGC video production. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@mmuitsolutions.com.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, phone number and business name when you submit our contact form
- The service you are interested in, your budget range and your project description
- Anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or during a call
Information collected automatically
- Pages you visit, how long you stay and which links you click
- Approximate location based on your IP address, at city level
- Device type, browser and operating system
- The website or advert that referred you to us
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our own advertising. These set cookies on your device. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles for third parties, and we do not sell data to data brokers.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To deliver the services you have hired us for
- To send invoices and handle payments
- To improve our website and understand which pages are useful
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and every marketing email we send has a working unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed. These currently include our email provider, our form handling service, our analytics providers, our hosting provider and our payment processor. Each is bound by its own data protection terms.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Where your data is stored
Some of our providers store data outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain financial records, currently eight years in Pakistan. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@mmuitsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections, two factor authentication on our accounts and limit access to client data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
