Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you work with MMU IT Solutions.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by MMU IT Solutions. Where you have signed a separate written agreement or accepted a project proposal, that document takes priority over anything here that conflicts with it.
2. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written scope setting out what we will deliver, the price and the timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins, never added silently to an invoice.
3. Payment
- Project work is invoiced 50 percent before we start and 50 percent on delivery
- Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month
- Invoices are payable within 7 days
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not part of our fee
- Prices exclude applicable taxes
We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time we need timely access to accounts, content and feedback. Delays in providing these move the timeline accordingly. You confirm that any material you supply, including logos, images, copy and product claims, is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
5. Revisions
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in your scope. Additional rounds and changes of direction after approval are chargeable at our standard rate.
6. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you, including website code, video files and automation workflows. Your accounts, domains and advertising accounts remain yours throughout. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates and know-how, and we may describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Results and advertising
We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue or advertising performance. Advertising platforms control their own policies, costs and approvals, and those can change without notice. We will apply reasonable skill and care, and we will report honestly on what happens.
8. AI-generated content
Some deliverables may involve AI systems. These can produce incorrect output. Where an AI agent or automation is deployed for you, you are responsible for reviewing its behaviour in your own business context. We will build in reasonable safeguards, escalation paths and logging, and we will tell you plainly where the limits are.
9. Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled by either side with 30 days written notice. If you cancel a project midway, you pay for work completed up to that point. We may end an engagement if payment is significantly overdue or if we are asked to do something unlawful or misleading.
10. Confidentiality
Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
11. Liability
Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
